How Product Requests Work
Every product starts with a request. Whether it is décor, furniture, a sign, or a one-of-a-kind products the first step is understanding what needs to be done and whether it is the right fit for this service.
1. Submit a Request
Start by sending a request with a brief description of the work needed. Photos, measurements, sketches, examples, or inspirational images are strongly encouraged whenever possible. These help with understanding what will need to be made, so the work can be accurately quoted.
2. Product Review
After the request is received, the details are reviewed to determine the best next step. Some jobs can be quoted based on the information provided. Others may require additional information, photos, measurements, or an in-person visit before accurate pricing can be provided.
3. Quote and Approval
When everything is understood, a quote will be provided for approval. Work on the product does not begin until the quote is approved.
4. Build and Completion
Once the quote is approved, materials and supplies are ordered and the build is scheduled for completion.
5. Final Review and Payment
After the work is completed, the product is reviewed and payment is collected according to the approved quote, invoice, and terms.
